One40 William chooses Innerspace

Innerspace are proud to announce the final stage of One40 William is now complete.

The One40 William project sets a benchmark in environmentally sustainable design and brings new life to the city's retail centre.

Designed by HASSELL architects the iconic One40 william building sets new standards for tenant comfort and corporate social responsibility.
It is the largest building in Western Australia to gain a 5 Star Green Star Office Design rating and is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Office As-Built rating.

Furniture comprised of over 1000 items including visitor chairs, training and meeting room tables,
reception and breakout furniture, dining room chairs, stools, and lighting.

As the latest addition to the Perth cityscape one40 William stands out for its unusual lines, outstanding contemporary architecture and eco-friendly design.
Positioned above the Perth Underground station, at the corner of William Street and Murray Street Mall, one40 william comprises three office towers above two levels of retail, dining and entertainment.

At ground level, the building is a major hub in the CBD - linking directly to the Perth Underground railway station, with pedestrian laneways from Forrest Place and Murray Street Mall, connecting Northbridge and the William Street collective.

With multiple street frontages and access points from Wellington Street, the Murray Street Mall and Underground station concourse the new environmentally sustainable landmark weaves fully-restored, existing heritage buildings into its design.

On Wellington Street one40 william incorporates the Wellington Building, the original Globe Hotel and the Baird Building, along with the facade of the Mitchell Building on William Street.
