Like the animal from which it borrows its name, Okapi presents a striking contrast between its front, with its legs turned beech, and the back where we find metallic legs lacquered in the form of a clamp. This contrast gives personality and life to the armchair. The schematic lines that delimit its shape help to create an ergonomic and versatile seat that conveys elegance, vanguard and comfort. The exceptional design has been reinforced with a dual and extreme upholstery that accentuates that contrast in which its design is inspired.
Akopi is a beautiful armchair whose front side reminds us of a giraffe while the back side of a zebra. The schematic lines that give form to Okapi have helped to create a very ergonomic & versatile armchair that results in an elegant, edgy & very comfortable product. The structure is made using iron and plywood with tablex. The backrest is covered with polyester fibre while the Seat is stuffed with polyurethane foam and covered with fibre. The structure stands upon 2 Lacquered beech wood front legs and iron paint coated hind legs.
