Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed with Innerspace you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a second email confirming your order has been dispatched, including any relevant details for tracking.
Shipping Lead Times
Individual lead times vary from product to product, with estimations provided within each product description if quoted by our Sales Team. Please contact our team for any specific lead time enquiries.
Delivery Lead Times
For ‘In Stock’ items delivery will ship within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Delivery timeframes then differ depending on where the goods are housed (Melbourne or Perth) and the final destination.
*For Nomon Clocks all orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer based in Barcelona, Spain. Despite the distance orders normally take around 2 weeks after orders are placed.
Nomon Clocks are supplied ‘knocked down / flat packed’ to ensure the most economical and safest way to ship.
Therefore some assembly is be required.
AA batteries are also required to power the clocks – also not provided.
Assembly and rubbish removal
Please note that assembly may be required for some items.
This is so that shipping costs and risk of damage are minimised.
Rubbish removal is not included.
Installation is not included.
Delivery Services – Courier or Post
Standard delivery is applicable to Small, Medium, Large, or Oversized Orders, facilitated through Post or Courier services. The associated costs will be determined by the weight and distance during the checkout process.
Please be aware that standard delivery covers the aforementioned services only.
It’s important to note that a signature may be required upon delivery at the designated address.
Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and we cannot specify an exact delivery time or provide a pre-delivery call.
Your Shipping Address
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
The delivery address must be an address within Australia.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Warehouse Collection
Customers can opt to collect orders of furniture items only from our warehouses in VIC or WA. Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, one of our staff will let you know your items are ready for collection along with a timeframe for collection, usually 2 business days.
You will need to bring proof of purchase, and personal ID as backup.
Please be aware that assembly and/or rubbish removal are not included in the collection service.
Our Warehouse team will provide the warehouse location and opening times when they contact you.
