How much notice do I need to give?

We would recommend a minimum of 2 – 3 weeks.

 

Can I select the style of the home staging?

The styling choices are carefully curated by Innerspace’s talented team of experts – that’s the thoughtful service you’re investing in. They’ll thoughtfully select a style that complements your property, location, and the type of buyer you aim to attract. Staging and styling aim to create an appeal that resonates with your ideal buyer, which might differ from your personal taste. Rest assured, you can rely on Innerspace’s team to guide the design process with their expertise and attention to detail.

 

How much will it cost?

Our packages start from $5,000 with a minimum four-week period.

 

Can we live in the property while the home has been staged?

Unfortunately, no. The owner must vacate the property before Innerspace can complete the staging. While the home is listed for sale, the staged furniture is only available during open homes and inspections.

 

Is everything covered by insurance, or do I need to arrange my own coverage in case of theft or damage?

All items supplied by Innerspace are fully insured.

Patryk Koca is a Sydney based furniture designer who aims to converge his experiences into practical solutions through problem solving, craftsmanship, technology and a strong focus on sustainability. 

Having established his studio in 2019 Patryk works closely with international brands like Natadora, Tolv, Hegi and Snoc to create timeless designs with high quality craftsmanship to match.

Since graduating from UTS with a Master’s in Industrial Design, Patryk has engaged in a variety of activities including consulting, exhibiting and lecturing at UTS. Most notably he worked closely with acclaimed designers Oskar Zieta and Adam Goodrum.
