Flat reduces its aluminium profile structure to the limit. It is a collection of outdoor furniture made up of different types of furniture inspired by simple and organic geometric shapes. An essential design that unites functionality and aesthetics with elegance and discretion.
The Flat stool is a designer stool made with thermo-lacquered welded aluminium profiles and 100% recyclable polyethylene that you can customise according to your style.
It is more than an outdoor stool, it combines with each of the pieces in the Flat collection and with a wide variety of tables, both indoor and outdoor, you choose.

Outdoors is the new Indoor. Creating architectural spaces that break down the barriers
between inside and outside, so characteristic of modern architecture. This has prompted a new way of designing with more connected approaches, creating open views that blend into each other.
Since the 1990s, Gandiablasco products have been inspired by this type of architecture, which shares much with the Mediterranean lifestyle, where the boundaries
between indoors and outdoors are blurred.
About the designer
Mario Ruiz
A graduate of Industrial Design from Barcelona’s Elisava University School of Design and Engineering, Mario Ruiz’s designs speak volumes in their simplicity; they live with their users without being conspicuous.
His work method “originates from the mission of being useful. That is always my point of departure, that the object works. Since there is no single solution for that to happen, figuring out the details is usually what leads to the emergence of a language.”
The designer started out in 1995 from his studio Mario Ruiz Design, focused on designing and developing industrial products and technology, as well as furniture, lighting and office projects.
