Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed with Innerspace, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email will follow once your order has been dispatched, including any relevant tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the product. Estimated lead times are provided within each product description or will be quoted by our Sales Team where applicable. For specific lead time enquiries, please contact our team prior to placing your order.
Delivery Lead Times
For in-stock items, dispatch typically occurs within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:
– The warehouse location (Melbourne or Perth), and
– The final delivery destination.
Noman Clocks – Special Conditions
All Nomon Clock orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Barcelona, Spain. Despite the international transit, delivery typically takes approximately two (2) weeks from order placement.
Nomon clocks are supplied knocked-down / flat-packed to ensure safe and economical shipping. As a result:
– Some assembly is required
– AA batteries are required to operate the clocks and are not supplied
Lighting – Globes and Bulbs
Unless otherwise specified, globes or bulbs are not included with lighting products.
Product listings will indicate where globes or bulbs are included as part of the purchase. Where not stated, customers are responsible for supplying compatible globes or bulbs suitable for the fitting and intended use.
If you are unsure which globe or bulb is required, please contact our team prior to placing your order.
Electrical Disclaimer
All electrical and lighting products supplied by Innerspace must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian Standards and all applicable local regulations.
Innerspace does not provide electrical installation services unless expressly agreed in writing. Any installation, modification, or connection carried out by a third party is done at the customer’s risk.
Innerspace accepts no responsibility or liability for:
– Incorrect installation or wiring
– Use of incompatible globes, bulbs, drivers, transformers, or control systems
– Damage arising from non-compliant electrical work
– Failure to follow manufacturer installation instructions or specifications
Warranty claims may be void if products are not installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Australian electrical standards.
Assembly and Rubbish Removal
Some items may require assembly to minimise shipping costs and reduce the risk of damage.

– Assembly is not included
– Installation is not included
– Rubbish removal is not included
Delivery Services – Courier or Post
Standard delivery applies to small, medium, large, and oversized orders and is facilitated via post or courier services.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:
– Item size and weight
– Delivery distance
Standard delivery includes delivery only and excludes any additional services.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Deliveries occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to provide an exact delivery time or a pre-delivery phone call.
Your Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order, as we are unable to redirect deliveries once dispatched.
Delivery addresses must be within Australia.
In some cases, order dispatch may be delayed while payment details are confirmed with your card issuer.
Warehouse Collection
Customers may choose to collect furniture items only from our warehouses in Victoria (VIC) or Western Australia (WA).
Once your order has arrived, our team will contact you to confirm collection details. Collection is typically required within two (2) business days.
Proof of purchase and photo identification must be provided at the time of collection.
Assembly and rubbish removal are not included.
