Creating a high impact show suite in a commercial property adds value to the space for future tenants.

IA Design had completed other show suites within the building so the team developed a look and feel that would be applied to multiple levels to establish a consistent identity.

The show suite needed to be flexible enough in design that should it be required it could be split into two tenancies at a later date.

IA Design retained the existing offices as a point of difference from other show suite offerings. Our Infinity Workstation, with its shared large profile, provided large bench style workstations to the open plan area while the Infinity Desk was used in the enclosed offices to continue unity in the product selection.

Able task chairs provided a quality, value for money task option for this project paired alongside the Modul mobile pedestals and Modul Tambour units. The final design is an impressive, spacious tenancy that feels light and fresh.
