The refurbishment of the Lobby Area at 28 The Esplanade was cleverly designed to repurpose previously unused space into meeting areas and new waiting zones, complete with power charging functionality within the new furniture framework.

Gelato by 31 Degrees was used as the framework to create areas and functional zones for meetings and quick catch ups. With the additions of curtains, acoustic paneling and lighting installed within the framework, by using Gelato, Innerspace were able to achieve the grand height in the lobby area that was required.

Viccarbe’s Burin Tables provided curve and softness to the meeting spaces against the architectural details from the surrounding buildings in the background.

Shape tables on Centro Table bases were used in the small AV meeting areas which were secured to the Gelato System.

Finn Laptop Tables were used around the seating zones due the design nature as they can slide over the Lounge for ease of access.

Viccarbe Last Minute Stools added curve appeal to the structured elements of the Gelato meeting zones.

With its rippled, asymmetrical silhouette, inspired by the swirling motion of air through smoke or mist, its smoke-coloured, mouth-blown glass brings an ethereal touch to any setting. Whether cradling a bouquet or standing alone, its sculptural form adds quiet drama—and each unique piece tells its own story.
