As much a work of art as it is a significant building, completed in 2015, 999 Hay has transformed the top end of Perth’s CBD by bringing to life this pivotal streetscape.

Working with Qube Property and Design company State 28, Innerspace provided a complete furniture solution to a vacant floor.

Showcasing the latest in workplace design, Innerspace provided prospective tenants with a future proof, stylish and functional design.

The Nera Workstation system paired with the Agile Task chair provided the workspace with clean crisp work benches for ease of use. Modul mobile pedestals at each workpoint was ample storage for each user.

Enclosed offices provided a refreshing look with the use of the Nera desks, Agile Task chair and the Fortona Sled visitor chair.

Making an impact at the Reception area is the Australian designed and made Didier Puffalo Modular Sofa alongside the Nysse Armchairs and Kile Coffee Table. The Didier Fable Outdoor Stools, Bombala Out Low stools and X Series Bar tables were also used to break up the open area.

To create a calming and seductive Boardroom the Prelude table and the Fortona 4 star Chair on the swivel base were selected for its low line look. For the open area meeting points Viccarbe’s Burin Round table and the Fortona Sled chair continued to showcase the versatility of the Fortona range.

In the mixed use Colab areas the furniture selection comprised of a variety of styles paired together including the Curved Low Back Loveseat with the Fin laptop table and the Nera High table with the Cadrea stool.

The fun and fresh looking Breakout area called for Cadrea chairs to be paired with terracotta popping Centro tables while the black Odd stool was a great contrast against the Green tile of the Main Bar.

Furniture selections needed to provide flexibility to spaces that could then maximise the use of all areas for any type of client.

The story behind a classic.

Timeless in design, the Portuguese Chair takes inspiration from the German Bauhaus school and the iconic tubular steel forms of pioneers like René Herbst, Marcel Breuer, and Mies van der Rohe.

Its elegance lies in two continuous steel tubes, one forming the back legs, arms and backrest; the other shaping the front legs and seat frame.
