When UEM Sunrise approached us to stage their One Oval display suite, the project required a fast turnaround without compromising on style or impact.
We began by reviewing the brief and immersing ourselves in the architecture and vision of the development, designed by Cox Architects.
Our goal was to create a lifestyle concept that would allow the potential buyers and agents to truly envision life in the residence.
We developed a styling concept focused on calm and neutral tones that complemented the quality finishes and architectural details of the space. By carefully selecting furniture, lighting, and accessories, we enhanced the sense of space and light while adding subtle layers of warmth and personality.

The finished display suite celebrated the elegance of One Oval’s design, highlighting its refined interiors, abundant natural light, and striking views across Subiaco, the city skyline, and Kings Park.
