Nestled in the middle of the Zoo the new precinct contains three outlets including a dine-in space ‘Habitat’, takeaway ‘Wagtails’ & coffee and wine bar ‘Distil and Brew’. Innerspace assisted the Designers with various furniture selections to help differentiate between the mixed use spaces and to suit both indoor and outdoor areas.
TON No 18 Chairs and Sketch Odd Stools were paired together with the Didier Gunzel Table and Pedrali Ypsilon Tables for the interior dining spaces.
On the outdoor deck area, pops of colour were introduced to bring life and excitement alongside surrounding playground area. Terracotta and Green Tribeca Chair and Tribeca Stools, Panarea Chairs, and Plus Air Chairs by Pedrali worked brightly around the Norock Terrace Flip tables and custom made Cassini Bar Planter Table by Imposter.
With its own private entrance, the new function space, the ‘Maali’, will play host to Perth Zoo’s premier functions and events.
This space required flexible furniture which could be moved around and easily stored away to suit all types of events.
The new Argo Libro Round and Argo Libro Folding by Mara was the perfect selection due to the large table size and folding capability. Innerspace Form Flip and Elliot Bar tables by Pedrali were also used in the open space and meeting room. Pedrali Soul Soft Chairs were selected for the Bridal Suite alongside Nolita Lounge Chairs and Nolita tables for the outdoor space.
