Analog Bookcase by Frigerio

Designed by Christophe Pillet

Analog bookcase by Frigerio is a striking open bookcase that combines form and function in an elegant trapezoidal design.

With two centrally placed drawers, it offers both open and concealed storage, seamlessly blending style with practicality. The wooden structure, crafted from wood, is defined by the meticulous tailoring of its bevelled edges, which give the piece an added sophistication. The shelves, also carefully shaped, echo the same attention to detail, enhancing the overall sense of refinement.

A standout feature of the Analog is the interior back, which is luxuriously covered in fabric from the prestigious Frigerio Collection. This allows for a personalised touch, enabling the customer to match the piece’s textile to their own interior decor.

This trapezoidal open storage unit, whether in its tall or low version, embodies contemporary interpretations of living spaces. It reveals the uncompromising attention to detail that Frigerio is known for, with every angle and texture thoughtfully designed to complement modern aesthetics and functionality.

The option of a bridge-shaped glass further elevates the design, adding an element of lightness and transparency.

Frigerio

Frigerio’s story is a true Italian journey, defined by passion, tenacity, and dedication to excellence.

Founded in 1938 by Federico Frigerio in Mariano Comense, Brianza, the brand has become synonymous with refined craftsmanship and elegant design for over 85 years. What began as a family-run artisan business, specialising in the fusion of modern and classic styles, evolved in the 1960s when Federico’s sons, Gianfranco and Angelo, expanded the brand into an industrial powerhouse.

Frigerio seamlessly blends exceptional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to create truly unique pieces. Whilst equipped with the latest machinery capable of cutting multiple fabric layers and automating leather cuts, Frigerio consciously opts for a manual approach, carefully cutting each layer one at a time to ensure perfect alignment of patterns and motifs. The brand’s skilled artisans, using only the finest raw materials—such as premium leathers, fabrics, wood, metal, and padding are able personalise each creation, embodying the dedication to quality and precision that defines the Frigerio collection.

Frigerio’s collection, once centered on sofas and seating, has evolved into an offering that spans the entire home, designed to elevate both living and bedroom spaces. Renowned for its decorative elegance and exceptional craftsmanship, each piece is meticulously crafted from the finest materials offering unparalleled customisation to fulfill the most discerning aesthetic preferences, whether for private residences or bespoke contract projects.

Today, the Frigerio family’s passion for quality, alongside their deep-rooted connection to the region, continues to fuel the brand’s legacy of timeless elegance and innovative design.
