Working alongside IA Design, all workspaces have been fitted with the Territory Sit to Stand Workstation system, Neo Task Chairs and Modul Mobile Pedestals to provide ergonomic requirements and benefits for the future well being of their staff.
Structured traditional workspace zones are contrasted with an eclectic breakout and informal meeting spaces using the Fin Laptop Table by 31 Degrees, Pendant Stools, Centro Tables and Linea Ottomans.
Traditional leather upholstery has been used in a modern design on the Territory Corner Desks within the Partner and Director Offices to differentiate executive spaces from general offices with wide sweeping views of Kings Park and South Perth.
The Boardroom utilized Quadra Chairs from Viccarbe and the Passage Folding Table by Innerspace for both their sophisticated design and due to the ability to stack vertically, allowing the client to get the most out of the multi-functional space. The folding nature of the tables allowed both a large Boardroom style table and individual training desks for events to be utilized.
Overall, the colour palette was muted and organic to reflect the Western Australian landscape with the showpiece Red Kimberly Marble in the breakout and main reception space grounding the project back within the WA landscape.
