Creating a considered workplace for NewGround in Hazelmere, Perth, this project brings together focused workspaces, collaborative settings and informal areas within a cohesive office environment.
Customised finishes were incorporated to meet the team’s specific needs, creating a flexible and engaging workplace that reflects NewGround’s practical approach while supporting the different ways their team works throughout the day.
Across the open-plan office, the Territory Sit to Stand Workstation provides adaptable individual workspaces, paired with the Neo Task Chair for everyday comfort and support. Custom Screens help establish a sense of definition within the open environment, while the Modul Slimline Mobile Pedestal provide practical storage close to the workstation.
The workstations are complemented by Motion 2 Space Saving Monitor Arm, including the space-saving option, helping to keep desks organised while supporting flexible screen positioning.
Throughout the workplace, a consistent material and furniture language connects the different zones. The Centro Table provides a versatile foundation for both work and gathering, while the Fortona Sled Chair and Fortona 4 Leg Timber Chair introduce a relaxed yet refined character across meeting and shared spaces.
In the meeting rooms, the Nera Meeting Table sits alongside the Fortona Sled Chair and the Fortona 4 Leg Timber Chair, creating practical spaces for focused discussions and team meetings. The Nell Sideboard by Tolv adds considered storage while contributing to the softer, more residential feel of the interiors.
In the breakout areas, the Centro Table is paired with the Own Modular Sofa by 31 Degrees, creating a relaxed setting for informal conversations, collaboration or moments away from the desk.
The common area continues this softer approach with the Nysse Armchair, the Kile Coffee Table and the Nell Sideboard by Tolv, bringing a hospitality-inspired feel to the shared space and creating an inviting place to pause and connect.
Private offices provide a more focused setting while maintaining the same design language as the wider workplace. The Territory Sit to Stand Workstation, Neo Task Chair, Custom Screens and Motion 2 Monitor Arm by Innerspace create functional workspaces that can adapt throughout the day. The Fortona 4 Leg Timber Chair providing additional seating when required.
Across the kitchen and dining areas, the Nera High Table is paired with the Cadrea Stool by TOOU, while the Fortona Sled Chair and Centro Table by Innerspace create a more relaxed setting for gathering.
Elsewhere, the Cadrea Chair by TOOU is paired with the Nera Meeting Table, providing another flexible setting for connection and collaboration.
Across the project, the combination of adaptable workstations, collaborative furniture and softer breakout pieces creates a workplace that can respond to different rhythms of the working day.
